If your thinking about doing commissions, a profile on deviantArt would get you some business, and you can also talk to other pro artists on their forums, too. My advice would just be to go for it, but don't get in over your head. I've seen many artists get way too many commissions, and have to cancel them.

With the coming of wings for me, on the 26th, I decided to make a "countdown desktop" for my computer. So, I took up Photoshop and made a lil' something. This is what I started with. Sure, it works fine, but man is it bland! So, when I had some more time, I redid it, but this time, took my time. About 2 hours of time, in fact! This baby is what I came up with! I used some images and text from the City of Heroes and Villains fansite kits with some slight adjustments and positioning in Photoshop. I also made a blank one if anyone wanted to use it, to keep track of their next reward. Just put this in Corel, Paint, Photoshop.. whatever, and fill in the reward, amount of months, and days. Just wanted to share this as I really worked hard on it and thought some other people could benefit from it as well. Enjoy!

Yeah, I see the white spots too, but only after Larissa pointed them out. A quick way to spot those is magnify the pic a bit and semi-slowly move it across the pic, especially around edges for any white spots, then easily fill 'em in. This is really cool looking though, man!

Update: Dark Kerse is finito! I really like this pose, and although I had a little trouble with the torso, I think I solved it pretty well.
