My Scrapper, Vigorous Vindication (DB/WP), is now level 40. I should be able to get him to 50 during next week.

I realize the Blaster team is full, but my Blaster is my only 50, and I would love to go to a Hami raid. So please sign me up as a sub, or if one of the Blasters are willing to do it on another character, that'd be great.
I can also try to level my Scrapper to 50 by then if there are any Scrapper spots left. -
Whoops, seems I did change that - my bad! Wonder why I chose Acc/Rech instead of the Dam/End o.O
Swapped the ToHits for Recharges in Aim and BU.
My last question:
What should I slot with while gathering money for the expensive ones (Numina etc)?

Level 10 Fire/Fire (and planned //Flame) - Probably deleting because I can't be bothered playing another Blaster with two of the same powersets as my previous one
Ice/Ice/Cold - Making this to replace my planned Fire/Fire/Flame
I also want to make an AR/Dev, and something with Arch/, as well as something with /Mind. I could do Arch/Mind, but I kinda wanna couple Arch/ with /Dev and /Mind with Psy/, but if I make the AR/Dev, I dunno if Arch/Dev would be as fun, since I've already tried the secondary. Also hesitant to make Psy/Mind because of the common resistance to Psi dmg at higher levels. Any insight from more experienced Blasters? -
I have a few more questions:
Why have you 6-slotted Lightning Bolt and Charged Bolts with Thunderstrike? ED reduces the damage bonus by 40%. Is the defense from the set bonus that good? Are there no other enhancements I should consider? Maybe Decimation: Chance of BU instead of Thunderstrike: Damage/Endurance in Charged Bolts?
The HOs were too expensive - both the Membranes and the Ribosome. Should I use regular IOs or Gaussians in Aim/BU? And is a Resistance SO okay to replace the Res/End HO in Fire Shield?
Is 16% AoE def enough to not slot the Winter's Gift Slow resist enhancement?
Also, something I just noticed: There's no Hasten. Don't I need it at all?
And a more general question: Do global enhancements only work when the power they're slotted in is active? Like the Knockback Reduction in Combat Jumping - will I only have that protection as long as CJ is active?
[u]Here[u]'s the build after some more editing - how does it look now? I swapped out the Armageddons and HOs due to money issues :P About how much do you think it would cost like this? 300 million? -

Now, I switched some enhancements about. I added two Gaussian to Aim, and switched the EndMod in Stamina for a Performance Shifter: Chance for +End. Would that be viable, or is it better the way you had done it? I also swapped Unbounded Leap: Stealth for the Celerity one, since I already have that, but that's not a very big deal, I reckon. Also, what do I do with my Winter's Gift set? Isn't the Slow Resist one pretty good? And how about Steadfast Protection: Knockback Protection? And lastly (for now), if I were to use Positron instead of Ragnarok in Thunderous Blast for now, while trying to earn money for Ragnarok, would I need to move slots around?

It seems I managed to upload the wrong build.. The one I meant to upload had Indomitable Will, and Power Slice at a much earlier level. Where's the bloody edit button?
Anyways, based on your advice, I've made a new spec for when I respec around 35ish, and one for when doing low level TFs/until I respec. I'll post them below. I don't plan on spending TOO much on them, but I might put some sets in the main spec, but probably no purples. Any advice on slots and further advice on power choices is of course still much appreciated, as I'm not very experienced with Scrappers.

Hi.
Some time back, I made a concept Scrapper, based on V from the movie V For Vendetta. He is obviously a Dual Blades/Willpower Scrapper. Below is the build I've set up atm (not bothered with slotting enhancements yet). Is this an okay build, or will it work nicely? Will I be able to solo red/purple missions without any major problems at 50? I am currently level 26.
