Hey guys, just earlier when i lauched city of heroes a windows vista user account control window came up, i clicked continue like i normally do as this window always comes up when i start my computer. But city of heroes was launching at the same time and when the loading bar went away the game told me that it had to run in window mode because it could not enter fullscreen, i exited city of heroes and tried again, it was still in window mode.Then i restarted my computer and tried to run it again but it was still in window mode, Can anyone help me get it back to fullscreen?

I've got a dark/storm,
I find it eay enough to use freezing rain on a mob and then hold them with tentacles so they cant run away, then using lightning storm to do damage and knockback, you can then use your single target attacks like dark blast, gloom and the like to pick off the enemies.
