Well now i've fixed this by changing my resoloution to the right setting but now i cant see my mouse pointer, theres no pointer there.
Anyone know how to get that back?
EDIT: Don't worry guys, i started looking around the internet for a bit and managed to see that this was a probolem that many people have had with vista, its all sorted now

Hey guys, just earlier when i lauched city of heroes a windows vista user account control window came up, i clicked continue like i normally do as this window always comes up when i start my computer. But city of heroes was launching at the same time and when the loading bar went away the game told me that it had to run in window mode because it could not enter fullscreen, i exited city of heroes and tried again, it was still in window mode.Then i restarted my computer and tried to run it again but it was still in window mode, Can anyone help me get it back to fullscreen?
