Whatever the limit is, there are obviously ways around it. The Master "officially" ran out of regenerations back in the Tom Baker era, but he keeps on doing it anyway.

Recently some shows have had excessive censorship devices on the broadcast versions to cover up the normal censorship on the DVDs, rather than enough (or more) to increase sales of the uncensored discs. HotD seems to be one of the latter cases, but I don't own them.

Well, one can use Stealth for ghosting missions. With TP, it's easy to get around and stay unnoticed. CJ, while I love the power itself, just won't be usable. How many situations can you be in that you'd be able to run it without being worried about mez?

Surely a slotted stoner in granite is tough enough? Getting recharge would be priority I thought. If you are dying so much that you want/need teh capped s/l def..something is very wrong.
