Looking at the opaque Bridal Veil on the Live Servers, I think it would be cool to be able to have the option to have either opaque or transluscent veils.
It makes for a great funeral/mourning or Goth wedding acessory.

QFT. It's gorgeous that way, I can imagine the lace but I would love it if it could be both options. -

I'd love to get the pack...
But I can't right now. I can think of so many costumes using those pieces.
I hope they don't run out.
[/ QUOTE ]
As I asked LH in the main feedback thread, these packs will *always* be available. So those of us on limited budgets need not worry about it. They're not "goodie packs" they're ingame items, perk packs like the GVE set without the extra month. -

*Runs off to buy the pack*

Yeah. If I hadn't just paid for it, I'd pay for it right about now. -

The costume parts are *gorgeous*. They're not just useful for "wedding" (my god, and you're complaining THEY should come into the 21st century?) - they're viable costumery.
[/ QUOTE ]
Maybe I should be more clear: Wedding bimbos without Wedding himbos. Where's the shirtless open formal vest? The tuxedo shorts? The hearts boxers? The fishnet briefs with banana hammock? The bicep leather band? The set of common arm and torso tattoos? The sleeveless formal cuffs? The tights with a tuxedo pattern? The loincloth? The formal shirt open to the navel?
[/ QUOTE ]
I'd buy that.

Me too Sorry for the misunderstanding then -

Some are now complaining, "too much for the females" ....
How many men really, really want to get dressed up in a tux and have a big, splashy, formal wedding?
How many WOMEN want that?
Of course there's more for the females, traditionally the women go overboard on wedding preparations.
Of course my friend's zoot suit wedding was *awesome* for that, and it was one time the MEN had to pay more for their suits than the women did for our dresses.
If they threw in a zoot suit, would y'all stop complaining? -
Why? They have *never* had to do so. Let's not go over that old thing, which you must recall dragged on forever elsewhere. We don't have to pay for what we don't want to use, and frankly the company does not HAVE to tell anyone anything.
Did we know about the change from Cryptic to NC? NO. We did not. Did we need to? NO we did not. Was it to our benefit? YES.
I trust the devs to do what they're doing. Sorry if you think the "marketing speech" paradigm shift thing is so very important to be on top of, but I'm just a customer like you. Should they make severe changes I don't like?
I will stop playing, not give them my money any more, and let the folks who still enjoy it move on. But it's not a big deal to me. -

This is a terrible idea, and the fans need to send a clear message that they aren't going for it.
[/ QUOTE ]
I fully agree.
[/ QUOTE ]
And as always with retail matters:
The ONLY message that you can send is "not to buy it".
However, of course, the rest of us who WILL enjoy putting on these special duds and maybe even using them to base whole characters on (hey, a wedding-gowned superheroine? hell yah!) will be spending FOR YOU.
If you don't want what's in the pack, do not buy the pack. Just like if you didn't want to have the little goodies in the Good Vs Evil pack you do NOT have to buy it. You have the games, you have your fun - but there are PERKS to those who want them.
Stop trying to rain on their wedding stuffs. -
Stockings that go up to your ankles. Stockings to your calves. To your knees, etc. I'd like those options for all the shoe bits which don't cover anything else. Legwarmers are fun but... um.... a little dated
LH thanks for the confirmation on that. -

Question: Will this pack be *continually* available, or only for a short time?
I have 4 accounts, I don't know whether I want to put 40 bucks out all at once, considering I'm only working on one toon from one account at this moment.
And to the nay-sayers - we ASK them "if you put stuff that's special out, we'll buy it!" and they DO so, and now you lot decide noooooo! don't make me paaaaay for something that the guys work hard 60-80 hours a week on! Nooooo! -
There's no reason not to have plentiful resources for poses and proportions. DeviantArt also has stock images which you can look at for reference, many many of them are people in cool costumery doing posed action. Also, buy an artist's manequin, the little ones that most art stores have (even Ikea has them) they're quite inexpensive and they are usually fully posable. GI JOE toys also are "proportioned" correctly (the small ones, not any of the larger Barbie sized ones). They're more likely to fall over, however.
Heck I still have 3 or 4 japanese Microman paintable figures for such things.
(edit) One thing I want to assure you: if you're just starting out, or have only been drawing "from your mind" for a short time, don't be discouraged by the idea of using references. There's no reason to assume that your hands will know what to do with what your brain wants, until they're secure with plain old skills. So, continue to use whatever references you need, and when you have finally gotten the hang of that (your hands will know) you'll find yourself using fewer and fewer references. Great masters used live models and plenty of reference drawings, there's no reason you should have to go it alone. -
Word lol. Well, word several hours ago on DA. Aside from bunny tail he's mah hottie
-
Well you know there is a line between "trippy" and "obnoxious".
Try the Dots pattern. (fondly recalls Cream's "wheels of fire" album.)
... wow. On a google search it looks like *no one* has a photo of the interior album cover art. Hm. Ah well. anyone who's got the double-album (vinyl) knows what I'm talking about, I suspect. -
eeeee!
*faints from running around eee-ing*
Gawd I can't wait to see the rest -
"Play?"
I've got 2 fifties, two 35s, a 25, a couple 20s and the rest are all in the teens or below. Once I got to about level 30 on my controller, I started really concentrating on her to get her to 50, and then when I10 (or was it 9? I think it was 10) came out I could make my tank - I had to wait because the Issue had the costume pieces I needed to make him and I didn't want to blow a costume change on it. Now he's 35 last night, and I don't really alt much. I *create* new toons all the time. -
Please do! I know there's a good number of us who'd love to see em. Of course, I think it's still "technically" against the rules to specifically post pricing here, so keep it off site and link us

I squeal with joy because mine are up next!

Hey Guys and Gals. I see a lot of folks are interested in "Fathead" type reproductions of your toons. Well I happen to be in the business and I play COX. I can do this from your screen shots of your toons and make them any size you want (1'-6'). I don't even know why I never thought of it until I read this post. If you want a price, send me a private message and I'll get back to you.

Yeah if you've got refs and a website I'd love to see what you've got 70 bucks is way too much for me, for one picture, but 70 bucks for *several smaller* pics would be more in my price range. -
Hee, happy anniversary to the blue guys.
I sure wish we had the unedited European version over here.
