I've never had trouble finding PUG's. I mainly play on Freedom. Sure there are quiet times and times when groups are so abundant they fill instantly. I avoid the profiteers like a plague, but hey, if they want to miss out on content, temps etc and then broadcast such questions as "where is the Hollows?" after they reach level 50, well, it says it all really.
The game has only improved and if certain players wish to confine themselves to AE, that is the game they pay for.
As far as PL providers go, if a player wishes to hand over their log in information to a third party it falls foul of the EULA and leaves those who engage in the activity open to fraud and with nowhere to go once their account has been abused. Be it on their own head -
Interesting! I've never considered duoing an ITF. It sounds like fun so I think I'll be on the look out for a like minded player.

As I I know was said the name was registered to prevent squatters from making them pay through the nose for the rights to it should they make CoH2, how ever this does not mean they will make a CoH2 any time soon or at all.
Side note if they do make a CoH2 I think given that the free updates for CoH are called issues to keep in line with comic book theme CoH2 should be called "City of Heroes: Vol. 2"
