I don't pay for a Lineage 2 subscription. It has nothing to do with me.

So saying our resources are being used on Lineage 2 is hardly justified to me.

Lineage 2 had their Free to Play launch yesterday and it's initial response has been very positive; so positive that they actually had to spin up a new shard on rather quick notice to support their concurrency. Unfortunately, it meant that this took priority over our forums maintenance, which is understandable.

Right now we're looking at the maintenance happening on Monday, however I'm not putting stake in the sand on that until I get further confirmation later on today.
We don't play Lineage 2. What's happening in Lineage 2 has nothing to do with us.

There were a couple. I think the main offender was an Ice/NRG tank called Yoclant? Not 100% though as it's been a while.

    1. I call you Battlewraith so you call me Tokyo. Okay now ima call you Xanatos cause you're using my lines. Sup.

    2. Once upon a time in virtue RV people would criticize each other for "trying to be like black barrier" whenever they started cussing each other out in broadcast. You were held in the highest esteem as a trash talker. If only they could see you now. Relying on tired memes spoon fed to you by your betters and dick jokes.

Do you have any lyrical fire left BB? Did you have any originally?
  6. Squishies get base resists of 40%.

    Base to-hit is 50%.

Heal Decay means your heals do progressively less and less.

Diminishing Returns means that the numbers you see in mids are higher than they actually are in PVP. (They are diminished.) See Arcanaville's guide for more info on DR:

    http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=126132

Many attack powers do different damage in PVP. (Big examples: Stalkers Spirit Sharks and Tankers' Fossilize.)

Some defense sets also get something called elusivity. It can be godly on /EAs. Here's the info on that:

    http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Attack_M...sivity_and_PvP

    That's pretty much everything.
  7. It's like BattleWraith is feeding you your lines now.

    Don't ruin your legacy man.

    C'mon.

If you buy the "Gunslinger Boots" then it unlocks both of them.

Good luck asking support for a 40 point refund though.

Um...excuse me? WARE.gov are basically PVP AVs. What TF has 8 AVs? Oh yeah that's right...the RSF. Shillelaghgans wanted to practice vs AVs without revealing their top secret (wars) super-skrull earth/fire dom lineup. We all saw what happened when WARE.gov were able to see lineups before they fought them in officials. Don't just post up garbage like you don't remember the time FAP heroicly forced you to only get 9 kills on them by playing their out of the box "MM team that doesn't move" strategy. Yes maybe you beat Shillelaghgans 33-2, 20-3, and 31-3. So what? They've beaten Exile 6 times now. And Exile almost got as many kills on you as HoneyBadgers so clearly there's a shift in PVP dominance going on.

Maybe you've come back, year after year, and beaten every other team. So what? You think it impresses teams that practice and PL more than you when you beat them with little effort? You think it matters to hardcore PVPers that you're an RPer and you've beaten all of them? Do you think they care that while you're writing fanfiction they're running internals/practice and you still beat them?

You need to accept that while you may beat every single team put in front of you. It doesn't mean you're the best in PVP. Sometimes being the best means waiting until no-one else is PVPing and then accepting practices. You used to be good man. But you're showing how much you're a relic of a bygone era. PVP isn't about actually PVPing anymore. It's about massaging egos of people who are bad but have been PVPing for years. The skill is in finding ways to become detached from reality. It's about roleplaying OOC that they're good at PVP. This isn't a MMO man. This is an MMORPG. Think about that.

As for other Scrapper primaries, I would completely agree. KM is the only truly good Scrapper set, and that's one reason why it seems so powerful... The rest are just really bad, unless we are talking fightclub.

Also, in terms of KM/Fire, I know that some people who have made them and played them have told me that the tradeoff for the small amount of extra damage you get from FE (And yes, it is fairly small due to DR) is not worth sacrificing a better defense that you would get with Elec or Regen. Either way, KM is KM, you will still get plenty of kills no matter what secondary you go with.
/fire scrappers would be viable cause of earth/fire dom teams.
