his outfit is dress clothes, opera cape, top hat
joined a team with a stalker and 2 scrappers - they were martial arts, katana, and maybe dual blades (so hard to see what a stalker is doing).

we fought the council

it really just felt like a pulp adventure. Guns, swords. Bad guys in uniforms, us in golden age style masked adventurer outfits

Nice. Got my street justice/willpower brute to 32 last night. He wears a black t-shirt, jeans and combat boots. Natural is fun.
