This occurs occasionally. Try logging back out to the server selection screen and check again.

Am I the only one having issues accessing characters? For some reason, my Staff Fighting, Street Justice, and Time Manipulation power sets no longer exist? They used to. I paid for them.
Is this part of the wind down process?
