As of today, I am in my own final five days as a member of this grand community. I will be off the internet, save mobile devices, until December. Which means I need to say my goodbyes sooner rather than later.
Yes, I know, a great effort is under way to save the game and I hope and pray it succeeds, but on Sunday, the 30th, my characters will be removed from the game. This saddens me, because one character was created as homage to a dear friend I lost to Leukemia the very first year the game came out.
Over the next five days I will be bidding farwell to my RP SG, the All Stars, on Virtue. One of the greatest groups I have seen because of the tight grasp they have on their characters and universe. Every Wednesday has been a treat, almost like New Comic Days and I am honored I got to tell many tales through them. My fave being the tear jerker created by our leader, where we found his character brutalized at the hands of one of our nemesi. The battered look he came up for her... *shudder* still sends chills through me.
Also, the zanies in the Whisper channel, you are an SG without the confines of an SG. The chat channel truly became a part of my entended family. Thank you for being a part of my experience in this game.
Lastly, my partner will have a farewell vid from me up on his channel soon. I hope you all like it we've worked long and hard on our channel, just to see if we liked making vids, and even though we have a teeny subscriber base we love each and every person that has subbed.
