I think of iTrials outta DA... but The Hive is prolly more appropriate.
For me it's the giant penny in KR. But for the server, the Hive was where the crazy of the Justice community really shined.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

I played the game and had some friends that I hung with, but it wasn't until I started going to Hammy raids that I felt a part of a community.

On further thought, I really have never had a strong connection to the Hami Raids... to me, the biggest sense of community comes from JU/JFA... and that isn't a place at all.
Is there any place in the game that directly parallels communication and/or a connection to each other?
Regardless, I still think the Hive fits well for Justice... just doesn't resonate for me very well.

The Hive. Home of the sexiest tank teams in gaming history.
I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.
As a server community, I also agree with The Hive. While Justice is made up of a lot of independent sub-groups, The Hive is, I suspect, where those groups most frequently meet with any regularity.
Also, consider that, for the longest time, the series of global channels specifically dedicated to Hamidon raiding were some core server-wide community channels for Justice server. While they long ago stopped being dedicated to that, I think it's telling that Hami raiding was at the root of a major aspect of the in-game community. That makes The Hive about as good a representation of that as we can get.

The Hive saw the formation of Team Awesome... best place I can think of for Justice Server is the Hive.

For me, The Hive is where Justice went from "the server I play on" to "the community I'm part of."
Before I started Hami raids I mostly soloed, found random pick up groups, and I found TFs by yelling on broadcast in the zone.
After Hami I had a place I could go to if I wanted to find people to chat or team with.
