bump. I guess those on Liberty are either to pissed to respond or don't read up this far on the forums...

Generally I have been holding off responding to goodbye threads, and also they seem to congregate more down in City Life - but I didn't want you to feel that no one cared.
I remember watching posts, and having a discussion with you about something or the other.... I don't think we ever teamed.

I remember playing with you, Stitch. It's been a couple of years from what I can remember, but we seemed to bump into each other several times over two or three months. You were always very polite and a good player, and you became one of the names that made me smile when I saw your name in the team box.
I love your story, and I hope you and your family continue to do well. I also hope that somehow the Cityverse gets saved, and we can continue to work together from time to time. Best wishes to you no matter what the game brings us.

Thanks Kurrent. I am going to miss the people most of all. I was hoping that this would be my 3 year olds first MMO. Whelp, guess not. To bad too, there is no other cool game like that that I trust her to play. She always had fun watching mommy and daddy play and we would let her help in making toons and picking power sets. Sometimes we would let her take the controls and fly around. Man, she loved that. Mt little one cried when we explained to her that the game was going to be no more 
This was a game that the players could really make a difference in. It was cause of me that back ally brawler put emotes in the drop down menu. I suggested that they do it, and he said to me,, If you make a complete list of all the emotes and organize them he would do it. I did, and so there it was, implemented! That is just one of the things I got to help with. Gona miss being listened to.

To all my friends on Liberty, I say farewell. I am going to greatly miss this game. I can't believe this. I thought this game would run forever, and I would have plenty of chances to every so often be VIP. I haven't had much time to play games in the past few years, but I always tried to be on here a few months out of the year. So many personal memories for me with this game. Back in the end of 2004 my step dad got me into this game when it was first released, my mother before that even. Then in 2006, I got my(at the time GF) into this game. She later became my wife. We all had so much fun spending time together playing CoH/CoV. It kept us in contact and we had so much fun together. Then in 2009 I made a thread Giving the good news about my daughter being born. On the Liberty server( it's still there...http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=130904 ...
Also, this was my 1st MMO. I was never a MMO type person, but this game....there was something about it besides being able to game with my parents and my wife. Maybe it was the excellent people that I met in game, the awesome game play, the atmosphere in game. Who knows what just the one thing was or wasn't.... So many things....
