I'm not sure you would want my paper as its not exactly about cyber security or how to be secure. My thesis was to support the idea that a digital Hague convention is needed to constrain cyber warfare.

I will point you at this paper though, as it was very helpful in nailing down some of the finer points in my paper.

(also, I don't think my paper was very good, seeing as I got an 89 on it, but my professor said the research on it was wonderful.)
