There appears to be noway to delete a master account, but you can simply change all the relevant data (email address, contact information, CC) to something nonsensical.

Hello, When the time comes, does anyone know how to completely delete the NCSoft accounts? Because the end of this is me done with MMO gaming COH is the only one I enjoy
