Follow the instructions in Hyperstrike's [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums thread that is stickied there.
Start a thread there with the output from the programs listed in that thread.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Anyone have any suggestions? I bought a new hard drive, installed MicroShaft Blista 64bit, got all updates, installed the game, and the log in screen comes up, but not the fields for user name or password. I have re-installed the game twice, still no luck. Haven't had to install the game in years, so not sure if I'm missing something.
