Can't log into my NCsoft account

I don't have a problem here. Remember it (may) not be the same username/password as your game account.

Is this a known bug?
I haven't logged into the game for awhile, but I know I"m using the right account information since I can log in here.
Everytime I attempt to log in on the NCsoft site, it says I have an incorrect email/username or password. Really frustrating.
Would love any feedback, thanks!
