Try this.
Hold down your Page up button on your keyboard. This should let you move the camera around with your mouse.
To take an actual screen shot, press the F12 key.
The pictures will be saved to a folder on your City of Heroes directory called 'screenshots"

I've been taking screenshots of all my favorite character's costume's, ID pages and Powersets (on the manage screen). Too many memories to let them all go at once like this.
I'm so glad a friend of mine convinced me to take screenshots just after I started my account.
I also have shots of some of my favourite toons just at the moment they hit 50. I hold down the middle mouse button to move the camera around, the command for the ui is '/screenshotui 1', and you can recenter the camera behind the head with 'b' twice.
How do I do a screenshot of my toon where the picture shows the front of him?
Where the camera is facing him.
I always see his back unless I follow someone.
