The only thing I want to know is this: Why? I think we, as a paying customer base, should demand answers. We should start at the top. This man, Matt Turetzky, is the head of NCSOFT US. Demand answers as to why we've been blindsided, bent over, and blatantly screwed Any other places we could write/call/tweet/email to at least get some sort of statement or open up a dialogue?
