Yes, but it's extremely outdated. It was going around during the Korean launch. Someone possibly still has it somewhere, but it'd be missing all the new costume pieces for the last 5 years or so.

Would it be possible to update with the current parts if someone had the knowledge on how to do so? Or would it have to be something started over from scratch?
It's highly unlikely the new parts could be added without having the source code for the character creator itself. Remember it wasn't just geometry, there have been new auras, the UI has been shuffled around several times, it got a brand new UI based on Qt for Freedom...

Well I hope they make a new one just for this. If nothing else I can dream that I'm making a new character...
