Is Paragon Studios not fighting this?

Paragon, you guys don't have to be out of a job. Fight this.

Buy the property from NCSoft and let us pay you to keep the game running.

Do a Kickstarter, something anything.

If you don't know what kickstarter is, check it out...

I'd happily donate to keep the doors open. I think a lot of people would. You should at least try.

Maybe I'm at the 'bargaining' phase of grief... but it's worth a shot. This whole thing makes me heartsick.

"I play characters. I have to have a very strong visual appearance, backstory, name, etc. to get involved with a character, otherwise I simply won't play it very long. I'm not an RPer by any stretch of the imagination, but character concept is very important for me."- Back Alley Brawler
I couldn't agree more.

Do you know how much it costs to keep just the servers running?

There are no words for what this community, and the friends I have made here mean to me. Please know that I care for all of you, yes, even you. If you Twitter, I'm MrThan. If you're Unleashed, I'm dumps. I'll try and get registered on the Titan Forums as well. Peace, and thanks for the best nine years anyone could ever ask for.

It is over. Embrace this truth.

Nope, but with subscriptions and microtransactions going straight to them, I imagine they'd be able to keep a couple going at the very least, and just as importantly, keep them employed.

I would suspect all their fighting has already been done. And at the end of the day as a business they're beholden to their Corporate Overlords. Who are pulling the plug.

I can only blame myself for this, in a small way. I let my subscription lapse and though "well, it's free to play so I'll just subscribe once I get around to playing again".

I did myself, and Paragon, a disservice.
