Depends on whether you want to be a scrappier stalker or a stealthier one.
If you have a primary with a lot of AoE, like Spines or Electic, it might be worth it.
If you have a ST focused primary that relies on Hidden crits for DPS it might not.
Personally, I would take it and just decide when I want to run it.

Is it worth taking Chilling Embrace considering how fast it ticks and how that affects the hidden status of stalker's guile proc and placate etc
