/Mental in Issue 24: Best secondary or worst secondary?

Last I heard /MM is keeping Drain Psyche, so it will still be overpowered and the most suited secondary for a blasting farmer.
Both the best and the worst, depending on your build, your playstyle, and the situation.

Realistically Mental is one of the toughest sets if you have a very high recharge IO build. It is however falling behind the rest of the sets in terms of survivability for any situation where you don't have ultra-high recharge.
