Wentworth's badge progress incorrect

The Wentworth's badges seem to only count progress past the previous badge. It's a bit strange.

The Wentworth's badge for selling 3,000 items in the auction is showing an incorrect amount sold and amount needed when I put my mouse over it. At the time I took the screen shot, when I put my mouse over the progress bar, it showed 208 of 1000. After selling a couple items in the auction it then read 210 of 1000 so it does seem to be counting new sales but I can't figure out how many items I have actually sold. Is it 2100/3000? 2010/3000? (I have sold more and took the screen shot a couple days ago. Just hadn't gotten around to posting the bug.)
Edit: Thinking about it, it may be correct as only 1,000 more is needed between the 2,000 and 3,000 badge so it may not be a bug, though it is confusing.
