Assault rifle instant snipe super slow?

This should really be over in the Issue 24: Resurgence [VIP Beta] Forums section instead of in the Test Server section.
There is an entire section there with Patch Notes, Bug Reports and Feedback sections.
You can see those forums easily if you click the City of Heroes Forums link in the upper left directly under the link for Official Site.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Hey all, Anyone else feel like the assault rifle instant snipe is slow compared to say, Blazing bolt, Zapp and Moonbeam? I feel like these powers animate the attack much instantly and AR just kinda has you point the gun for 4 seconds then fire.
Just woke up, typing skills are not best right now, sorry.
