Can you take powers from both an Ancillary Pool and a Patron Power Pool on the same build? I didn't really find a straight answer about this on Paragon Wiki, though maybe I missed it.
I ask because I fancied the idea of taking Temp Invulnerability from Field Mastery, and also taking Scorpion Shield from Mace Mastery on a Mastermind.

No. You can select ONE Epic pool which can be either an APP or a PPP (other than the unlock for PPPs the game does not differentiate).

No, unfortunately, you can only use one level 35+ pool of any sort, be it ancillary or patron. For the very reason you asked to do so, I presume.
