Fire/storm help please

Havent had any luck in eliciting any advice on this on the workshop board so am trying here. Looking to build fire/storm corruptor for PVE missions and TFs. Probably won't go Incarnate but that could change. Not sure if it's the build I'm about to post but Tornado will definitely have the KB/KD proc. Grateful and advice, thankyou.
