Delete the file listed and run repair. You may want to reboot the system first.

I keep getting the following error when trying to update my game after today's patch. At first it tried to let me repair, but now can't even do that. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well, and get the same error.
Errors occurred while applying the patch,and a rollback was not attempted.
The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.
The patch application errors are as follows:
Error Code: 57 (ErrorRepairingTargetFile):
File could not be repaired: C:\Program Files (x86)\NCSoft\City of Heroes\piggs\stage2b.pigg.
