Yet another camera question
Yes, you are chasing a dream. I chased that dream long ago. There is no way to pan your view downward while flying without diving down as well. Prove me wrong somebody?

Ah, been a while since I've had to perform this. Malice reminded me of something.

Rotate your camera into t look down position, then hold down the Space bar while flying.
Problem is, now you can't see where you're going. Though if you're just trying to grab a screenie, it works. You just have to be quick about it before you headbutt a building
fly down... and hold your space bar down at the same time
Call me,,, Mal
Thanks for the replies.
I was afraid that would be the result, but I held a shread of hope.
I have used the spacebar technique, so I guess I will continue to do so. Bummer!
Thanks again people, appreciate it.
I've looked thru posts and no one I've seen has posted quite this question.
While flying/hover and moveing forward, mouselook will rotate around you and not change your direction of travel, yet when you try to pan vertically, your vertical direction of travel also changes.
Is there a way to look up/down, without changeing your vertical direction of travel?
I've tried changing free look, camera rotate, and whatever else is in the "view" section of options that I thought might help, but have not been able to find anything that works.
Am I chasing a dream?
