I've got many Mid's IO builds for characters both level 50 and below. They all are built to take advantage set IO's at maximum level, meaning I usually use common IOs until I totally rebuild with a combination of Sets, common IOs and Hami-Os at level 47.

With the addition of Attuned Enhancements (ATOs and Universal Damage), I have opportunity to slot many of these sub-47 characters with some of these Attuned sets.

My questions are:

In your opinion, how aggressive should I be in trying to acquire attuned enhancements for level sub-47 characters?

In your opinion, should I spend my Inf reserve (approximately 1 billion) on trying to acquire purples/pvp enhancements for my level 50 characters (6 characters) or should I try and outfit my lower level characters (15 characters or so) with the attuned enhancements they can slot immediately?

As needed I can supply Set IO/Attuned builds for characters both at level 50 and characters anywhere from level 14 to 44.

The real answer is spend the inf outfitting whichever characters you like playing the most.

If you go for purples and the sought after pvp IOs make sure you focus on one character at a time. If there's a 50 that you like playing the most then make that one the best you can on your budget. And since you're playing that character a lot then improving it is also going to bring in more inf for funding other upgrades.

On the other hand, 1 billion isn't going to go very far on purples. You can buy several entire ATO sets (especially for some ATs) for the price of a single purple (especially the damage ones.) If you're spending more of your time playing the low level characters than the 50s you'll probably get more fun for your inf by equipping them.

I would vote for the ATOs and then pvpios (if they work for your build). Purples are pretty expensive and both ATOS and pvpios will be more bang for your buck. And both exemplar nicely as well! I would highly encourage buying cheaper pvpios and then using converters to get the more expensive ones (and then slot or sell!). Hit me up in game any time to chat more about this!
