Yes, it only does KD so it's nothing to worry about. However if the rain power already has a chance to KD, like Sleet or Freezing Rain, and the KD proc and the power's KD chance happen to hit the same enemy at the same time it may stack enough to do KB. However that shouldn't happen very often at all.
What will this proc do in rain powers like Ice storm/rain of fire?
Normally if you are hit by a KB from above...it doesn't send you flying....will the proc cause enemies to be KB'd out of the rain?

Maybe I'm an idiot....I've only used it to turn KB into KD so far....I reread the description...does it only do KD and I have nothing to worry about? Thanks!
Has anyone used it in rain powers? It seems like it would be a nice use for set that don't need to convert KB to KD.
