Last mission of Mortimer Kal... successfully failed?

Been waiting on customer service for 35 minutes now, unable to complete the Mortimer Kal Strike Force. We busted down the doors to Positron's lab, bashed his face in, then... then... failed the mission?



There is no active mission. The contact will not assign a new one. In fact, he still has the text from the previous one. We cannot complete the task to receive our rewards: the badge, the Notice of the Well, the Reward Merits, and the XP bonus.
