It's a solid build defensively and shouldn't have any real problems offensively. You made one serious derp, however. Here's the fixed version. I didn't take the liberty of replacing something with Aegis (edit: Not Aegis, Kismet. dur.) but... you should, if you plan on doing Incarnate stuff. (And less of a fix than a personal choice -- I'd break the slotting in Strength of Will and take the defense hit for better slotting of High Pain Tolerance, Health, and/or Indomitable Will. Also a personal choice, I'd far and away take Resurgence over Assault, or even Strength of Will.)

As far as resurgance - dont really need it since I have "Return to Battle". Didnt really see anything in the epic pools that would be useful - since I dont need another attack. Maybe confront for pulling or saving a squishie's butt.
Not sure what slotting Aegis will do for me - since I dont think there are that many mobs in the incarnate trials that use fire or cold damage, although a few extra points in AOE defense coudnt hurt.

Edit : Oh, right. derp of my own, sorry -- when I said Aegis I meant Kismet. Your accuracy is a bit low for Incarnate-level. SO MANY SET NAMES.
I'm about to get my latest scrapper to 50, and started planning out my final build. Following is what I've come up with so far. I'd appreciate any suggested improvements.
Goals: Good Damage with max survivability for TFs and Incarnate trials.
Question: Should I be concentrating more on resists, or are the defense numbers good enough?
