Trying to get this badge, how do I do a Septad battle arena?

Ok and when I go to invite people it says event not found or event is full yet I am the only person? Anyone know?
It appears that the event setup options have changed again.
You first need to select "Open Teams" from the drop-down list on the left. That will give you the option to select one of the pentad/septad types from the drop-down list on the right.
I haven't run arena events in quite a while, so I don't know if any of the other requirements have changed for getting the badge.

I cannot find a place when I go to create a event to select this setting?
Any help? I haven't done arena really.
