FYI, there's a limit on the individual set bonuses you can have--namely, five of each based on the name of said bonus. If you have 4 other instances of the 6.25% Recharge bonus, then you'll only be able to see it once no matter how many times you slot Positron's Blast.
In Mids', open the "Window" menu and select the "Sets & Bonuses" option (also available by hitting Ctrl+B). Anything that shows up as red means you've slotted more than 5 of that particular bonus.
Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges

ahh i think i understand a little about what your saying maybe, If i have sets that give 6.25 recharge it will only use a certain amount of the sets with the 6.25 enhance recharge?

Do you not get the enhancement recharge bonus if the IO set is like lvl 30 and you are lvl 50? It wont show up on my mids when i try to use this particular IO set. Hm actually there are even a few lvl 50 sets its not taking into account. Like my Positron sets. Its not adding in the recharge for those either. Sorry I keep re-editing this post it does show up for 1 positron set but after the first one dont reconize it. I have 3 sets of Positron.
