Scaling the UI, or, Make Windows Big or Small!

I wish there was a way to make the other font bigger w/o having to scaling up the windows :/ it's sometimes hard to click on messages for advancing in tfs with small windows but also have a small screen.

is there a way to make my chat font size in my chat window larger, im legally blind so hard to read the small print in the chat window from other players chatting??
