Looking for Urban/Cel-Shade Artists

Hola.

So I gots me a new character whom I'm really digging, enough so that I'm looking to commission some art. Due to the nature of the character (14 year old politically conscious rapper named "Tantrum" (scored that name on Virtue no less; holla!) ), I wanted to try and find some artists whose work is of an urban slant (graffiti, street art) and/or cel-shading. Right now, I've got a small list of possibles including:

Chamba
Avionetca
Paulo Barrios
Adam Masterman
Randy Kintz
Dualmask
Genzoman

If y'all can think of any others that might fit the bill, I'd be much obliged. I'll update the OP here as suggestions roll on in.

I had a bit of a dabble in the cel-shading world... it wasn't pretty, lol

I did pick up some great artists on DA though for cel-shading hints and tips:

=TovioRogers has a great japanese style and nice use of colour imo. http://toviorogers.deviantart.com/

totmoartsstudio 2 has a more mature style of cel-shading i think, and i'm also not sure it's a style he works in a lot, but i liked it and took a lot of reference from his work. http://totmoartsstudio2.deviantart.com/
