It's been known to happen the hiccups in the Internet and corruption of packets will send a signal to the server mimicking a Dev-access account. This gives you access to Dev or QA or World-Design or Debugger powers and windows.

Ah yes that would explain it. My internet is quite bad. Packet loss issues are common.
