Right-click the enhancement so the enhancement selection window pops up, then hit + five times.

Mouse over and right-click on the enhancement you want to +. Mouse over the correct enhancement in the pop-up window (only necessary for visually seeing the +s added). Click the + button (next to backspace key) to add and click the - button (next to + key) to remove.

How do you get an IO to plus 5 without setting all the IOs to plus 5?
I want to change the Recharge IOs in Hasten to plus 5, but cannot figure out how to make the adjustment on a per enhancement basis.
