So, I recently managed to convince a friend of mine to come back to the game, but their account was locked [due to being inactive for so long] and they couldn't log in to restart their subscriptions. They also forgot what E-mail they used to start up because it's been so long and they've had to make new Emails over the course of the years.
I was wondering if the 'new player or player who's account has been inactive for 90 days' pertains to them as well? Would I be able to help a friend reactivate their account that way? or do they actually need to get in contact with Support and have the account unblocked?
