So i'm looking at the Assault Hybrid power for my Spines/FA scrapper. I'm wondering if the dbl dmg (reactive) power works one my 2 dmg auras (chance per tick?) or if those powers are excluded, and if it procs during an AOE (I have a few AOES :P) does it hit for all the targets or just chance on hit per mob? Or would it be better to just go Core and take the % dmg increase. Thanks for any replies.
