Sure, they might make some of the costume pieces available (like with the Carnival of Shadows pack missing the Strongman), but the power to temp change into one? Nope, not so far anyway.

Frowned upon, since these were "convention EXCLUSIVES" .. but they have.
And they've done the costume pieces a few times.. I.e. Praetorian Clockwork and Olympian Guard are both now able to be obtained in individual costume pieces -

Unfortunately (for everyone but me and the buyer) the code has sold.
The money was good, and they confirmed the code and the power worked for me.
My only regret is they contacted me via PM, so I will not share their name unless they want me to.
Thought it might help lend them credibility.

Considering selling mine.
It is very cool, and neat, but I prefer costume pieces I can use rather then a disguise power.
I won it in a costume contest, and I could use game money.
So if you want it, let me know how much you would pay for it. Naturally I will want payment before I send the code.
