IIRC yes, additively. So an XP booster (+25%) with Patrol XP (+50%) means you're gaining +75% more than normal.
Yes, they work with each other.
Thanks to all the Experienced powers and XP Boosters I had accumulated from Super Packs mt DA/Staff tank has reached level 36 in record time (for me at least).
Hint: If you have multiple Experienced powers, claim them one at a time. If you claim one and use it immediately, then claim another, you can use that one immediately too instead of having to wait for it to recharge.

Yeah, not only to the boosters work with Patrol XP and the refilled Patrol XP from the Experienced power, but you can also stack the +XP day job power on top of that. It gets a bit ridiculous, but in a good way.

Do these work with rested (Patrol) exp? I don't see in their description saying they don't.
