You need to post a CoHHelper log and HijackThis report. The instructions to do so are near the top of this forum.
You don't need to try and search for the programs. Follow these links and run them then post the information here.

When I start the game it already crashes on the loading screen. When you look at the windows report it say's, Description:
Because a problem has occurred this program does no longer communicate with Windows.
Problem Signature:

Signature from stuck: 0bf6

I had to translate it form my language to English.
Any help appreciated.
