Double-bladed doesn't work too well for Staff animations - some attacks have you gripping very close to the back end of the weapon, so it would either have the character holding on by the lightsaber blade (probably not wise) or the middle section would be full staff length plus blade length on the end, which would clip into the ground an awful lot.
...but I imagine some players would happily put up with that for a Darth Maul lightsaber, so who cares?
So... am I the only one looking at this weapon and wanting it to be dual-sided and made as a Staff for Staff Melee?
Just sayin :P
