The only thing I can think of is that you had someone on the league who didn't have Lore or Destiny unlocked and the league leader didn't have league error messages enabled. Otherwise, yeah, sounds like a launch day bug.

See if everyone is willing to just use the team up teleporter - those that don't have the slots unlocked won't have the trial showing in their LFG iTrial queue selection. (Just verified on a 50 that just has alpha - nothing higher than MoM/DD showing. ) If that's the issue, that should avoid it.
So..in typical first day patch tradition..
Been logged in 2 hours now, trying to get on a Mag Trial. And that whole time I have been in various leagues that form, then can NOT get the Q to work. No error messages, everyone meeting requirements, no dice.
Any ideas? (Besides forming in DA to be SURE everyone is 53)
And now..another league that cant Q either. How I love new issue day.
