I have to agree with Primordus.
I think it's a good idea in principle (btw, it also appears fpr some special temp powers, e.g. in iTrials and for switching between First Ward and Night Ward), but surely we should be able to close it if we want, and -- even more important -- decide where it will appear on our screens. Right now it's causing 2 other elements of my UI to be obscured.
the issue was raised in i23 beta feedback and seems to be overlooked. i hope they add the enable/disable option soon.

Agreed. While I can see it being nice for brand spanking new multiform Khelds, it's pretty much just a distraction for me and my binds.
Honestly...is there anyway to disable this new popup bar? I use macros on my kheld and the power trays switch automatically with each form..I dont need another tray popping up with duplicate powers on it. Please tell me it can be disabled..its highly annoying!
