I believe there will be a new contact show up in your Contacts window that will give you the Night Ward missions. Also, as I remember, you should be able to get their via the new Tunnel system....which should be marked on your map.

Remember the shadow paths in First Ward? When you enter them now, a new temp-power tray pops up and a new power is in there now. Click it and it TPs you from first ward to night ward, which has (i think they're called this) light paths instead. They act as a gateway between the worlds.
I concentrated all my beta testing on Hybrid powers, so I didn't catch this part. How does a player get to Night Ward? Is there a certain person that starts the mission arcs? etc.
