Build Request Please - Staff Fighting/Dark Armor Brute
OK, two things.
One I can't see a data link or code for me to see it in mids.
Two, a fair bit of slotting is out of whack. Overslotting, under slotting. etc.
So I've had a go at rebuilding it. This is a none purpled/pvped version only using the purple you put in, but I could redo it all purpled out if you wanted.
This build has you S/L softcapped, melee and lethal over capped with guarded spin (an 8 second def buff and a 3.34 second reuse), fair bit of res, dark regen down to 15 seconds and with an endurance buff on use.

I would just like to point out that Dark Armor is not the ideal Fire Cave farmer. There are S/L farms or Dark Armor farms, that work far more effectively.

Fly or hover? On a scrapper, neither of them are really good and reach is very dropable I find due to its lack of decent slotting.
Boss farm comes to mind for a Good S/L Farm...it's in AE, if you search it, look for the Boss farm by @jackiped...it's all S/L.

It all depends. To take hover and fly, you would have to drop below the softcap or lose enough end recovery to make it so you have to choose Cardiac for incarnate, which would lose you some damage.
Plus on melee toons, hover isn't very good and if you want to fly, jetpacks are 10000 inf or so. Not much at all.
It all comes down to do you want the best character and minmaxing or do you want to have those 2 powers even though performance is going to drop a fair bit?

Nope, it is just a very good proc.
Check the level range you are searching.
Theft of Essence caps at level 30. If your minimum level is set higher than that it won't show up.
