Six slotting with Red Fortune or Titanium Coating is not a good fit for Invuln. Those sixth io set bonuses are positional, whereas Invuln is mostly typed.
I would take Rage instead of Tactics; Rage will take GSFC as well.
I would take the Acc/Rech out of Jab and either put the slot somewhere else or put a damage proc in there. You are wwwaaaayyyyy into "red alert" territory on damage.
I would put off taking Resist Elements and Resist Energy until later.
I would replace Jump Kick, Unstoppable and Assault with Boxing, Tough and Weave.
If you decide to keep Unstoppable, at least put those extra two slots somewhere else.
I would take one slot out of Health and one slot out of Stamina and put them into Dull Pain (3 level 50 common io's are too many). Maybe put one of the unused slots from Assault into Dull Pain as well, i'd recommend two Health io's and two Recharge io's in Dull Pain.

Hmm, yeah, "needs work" is an understatement. Power selection, power order, and slotting are all quite sub-optimal.
All of Gate-keeper's suggestions were right on the money; here's a build with his recommendations and some of my own. It's soft-capped to S/L/E/NE with one in range of Invinc and within 1% of soft-capping F/C. I dropped the Leadership pool (No Rage?!? Bad, bad, bad idea.) Spring Attack, Jump Kick (!) and Melt Armor for CJ, Rage and Boxing, Tough and Weave. Personally, I would drop Recall Friend for Hasten and Punch for Haymaker, but that's really just a preference. Some of the set IOs are on the expensive side, but the Numina regen/recovery, for instance, isn't required to make the build work. Similarly, if you can't afford LotGs, including the +Recharge, the much less expensive Gift of the Ancients will work just as well.
And yes, Hyper, I DID include a Stealth IO.

Thanks so much Finduilas. Would you suggest a certain alpha slot other than musculature that would work better? I was thinking that maybe Agility or Cardiac. I don't debuff, which seems to be musculature's main benefit other than damage.

I recently switched my two Invul 50s from Cardiac to Agility, since I found the additional Dam Res in Cardiac to be less useful than Agility's defense. The problem with adding Dam Res to Invul is that if you're taking the Fighting Pool S/L resistance will be capped anyway, and Invul's resistance to other damage types is low enough that Cardiac and Resilient won't make much difference.

But only so much you can do on your particular budget.
recall friend was because I was often last man standing in the fight... so if necessary, I could flee, recall others to safe zone, we can rez and go again.
As I'm built (poorly) now, I don't have many endurance issues which is why I went musculature. but I can see picking up additional toggles like CJ, Tough and Weave that it might be a different story.
Here's a rework of your build with a few power choices swapped around.
Note: This is NOT taking your budget into account.
To make it more budget friendly, you can ignore the slot used for the PVP defense IO.
You'll STILL be capped to S/L/E/N.
Musculature is going to help your defense debuffs, but isn't going to do a whole hell of a lot otherwise. Rage-doubling is going to cap most of your most-used attacks.
In the case of this build, I'd look at maybe Agility Core for a bit of additional defense (especially nice without the PVP defense IO), Endurance Modification (already 23%), and Recharge so you can:
- Pull fist back
- Slam into enemy's face
- Repeat
Such a move would, in crowds of enemies, put you above the Incarnate soft-cap on all Typed defenses (save Psi).
Also, with this slotting, you're sitting at 48.8% permanent recharge (no falloff from having to run Hasten).
Your resting Endurance consumption will be just under double what it is now. But it's only that low because yo are GROSSLY over-slotted in your armors. Your attacks are well slotted for Endurance Reduction.
I've ripped out Tactics. You're going to be running Rage with a 25-30 second overlap. You have NO need for an End hog like Tactics.
Also, you don't need Assault. Doubled Rage will ALREADY kick you up so close to damage cap that if you fart too hard, you smash into it and break your nose.
I slotted Ring of Fire and Fire Blast. Without Agility, they're kinda "meh". But they're providing a decent E/N defense boost and, with Agility, they're up often enough to be semi-decent attacks if your regular chain isn't quite cutting it.
Fireball is slotted for a nice FWOOSH!
Melt Armor shouldn't REALLY be necessary. Rage should keep you FULLY covered. Plus debuffs are resisted heavily. High Accuracy and ToHit bonuses are effectively unresistable.
If you opt NOT to save the slot in Temp Invulnerability for a PVP defense IO, take it and slot it into Jab or Haymaker and slot in the Tanker ATIO proc and catalyze it. It'll help boost your Resists by a VERY nice chunk.
Also, you'll notice I didn't even bother taking Unstoppable.
With this build, you quite simply DO NOT NEED IT. It's a complete waste of a power choice. Anything that's going to kill you through this build wouldn't even really be slowed down by Unstoppable.

Thanks hyperstrike. This is the build I've gone with and I took your advice since I don't play PvP at all. I grabbed a Superior Might of the Tanker.
I still need to build Agility up in the alpha slot, and get the HOs in there, but otherwise I was able to fill all the slots on my budget plus some points in the market.
I haven't played extensively with it, but so far so good.

I started playing CoH in the very early days, then took a very long break. I'm finally back and have been really enjoying leveling up to 50 and doing the incarnate stuff. Unfortunately, I don't totally understood the "behind the scenes" numbers/caps/etc.
I'm very lost in my build, and I know that I've screwed up, so I welcome the criticism and help.
I'm mainly a team tank, and prefer having a few attacks that are always up. I understand that I'm not the biggest damage disher on a team. I'd really like to max my defenses and have a few attacks that allow me to solo on occasion. The way I figure it is since I can't end the fight the fastest, I may as well stay in the fight longest.
